Ogier appoints in Hong Kong

Jacqueline Loh, OgierHKOffshore law firm Ogier has appointed Jacqueline Loh to the role of Director and Head of Private Wealth, Asia, based in its Hong Kong office.

In her new role, Jacqueline will work with Ogier's legal and corporate administration teams as an adviser to high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients across the Asia region.

Having spent the past 13 years at HSBC, Jacqueline has specialised in the private client industry for more than 20 years, with experience as a trust and tax lawyer at Baker McKenzie and Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt.

She then moved into the private banking sector at Standard Chartered, LGT and HSBC, where she set up and managed private trusts for UHNW families in Hong Kong and Taiwan.

Before leaving HSBC, she was Managing Director and Head of the Philanthropy team. 

Jacqueline is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Law Society of Hong Kong and Law Society of England and Wales. She is a former Chair of STEP's Hong Kong branch and continues to be involved as a Council member.
