Two members of the senior management team at trust and corporate services firm NWH Global have been appointed to the Guernsey board.
Helen Bougourd is Head of Client Services and Adam Pickering is Compliance Manager in the Guernsey office of the group, which is also located in the BVI, Hong Kong, Dubai, Mauritius and New Zealand.
Helen has worked for a number of fiduciary businesses in Guernsey over the past 20 years, including Weighbridge Trust, Price Bailey and more recently Trident Trust Company.
She rose to the position of Client Services Director before being appointed to her current role at NWH Global – formerly Newhaven Trust – in 2016.
She is a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrators.
Adam is a professional member of the International Compliance Association and a non-practising member of the Cape Law Society in his birthplace of South Africa.
After beginning his career in South Africa, Adam relocated to Guernsey in 2014 to became a Legal Adviser at Bourse. He joined NWH Global in 2015, where he has designed, implemented and now oversees compliance policy, procedures and controls.
