Intertrust in Jersey has appointed a new Director to its corporate services team.
Alice Read has moved from the firm’s Dubai office, where she was Managing Director, to take on her new role as Head of Corporate Services in Jersey.
She joined Intertrust in Dubai in September 2012 and brings a breadth of experience from previous roles in Bermuda and Ireland in the legal and fiduciary sectors. Before joining Intertrust, she served as the Dublin-based Vice President of Walkers.
In her new role, Alice will be responsible for managing the Jersey team, as well as business development initiatives.
She will also act as a Director to regulated and unregulated client entities and provide corporate governance and company secretarial services to clients and business partners.
