A new leadership coaching consultancy – Leaders – has been launched in Guernsey, focusing on C-suite and board-level skills across Guernsey and Jersey.
The consultancy, founded by Phil Eyre, works with organisations in the finance, manufacturing, charity, government and military sectors. It offers support on restructuring, recruiting senior employees and motivating or engaging with stakeholders more effectively.
Phil Eyre has extensive expertise in psychometrics and the application of human data. He is also Managing Director of The Learning Company and a Director of LifeThrive, both based in Guernsey.
He is joined by Kaaren Welsby, a Major in the British Army Reserves, who specialises in the educational and psychological assessment of potential army officer candidates.
HR consultant Peter Woodward, who has previously worked with Generali Pan Europe and Intel, is also part of the team.
