Bedell Cristin has bolstered its Guernsey team through the appointment of Richard Harrington as an Associate in its Litigation team.
Richard comes to the firm as an experienced litigator, having regularly advised high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their representatives on disputes arising from trusts, partnerships and insolvency proceedings.
He also has particular expertise in advising on matters involving allegations of fraud and has acted for clients who are either obtaining freezing orders or are subject to them.
Having trained and practised in London prior to moving to Guernsey, Richard is a Solicitor and Barrister in England and Wales and is a member of the Guernsey International Legal Association (GILA).
