Nerine Fiduciaries has appointed Jonathan Bailey as a Client Services Director in its Guernsey office.
Jonathan joins the Guernsey office after five years running the firm’s British Virgin Islands operation. As a result of his departure, Nerine’s Deputy Managing Director in the BVI, Wayne Francis, has taken over as Managing Director there.
Jonathan qualified and practised as a solicitor in England before moving to the BVI, where he was admitted as a solicitor in Anguilla and BVI.
He joined the Nerine BVI team in April 2013 as Managing Director, and has considerable experience advising clients on BVI trusts, private trust companies and for general succession of BVI company shares.
Nerine was recently acquired by PraxisIFM, but its senior management team has committed to staying with the group for a minimum of three years.
