PhillipCallow_MSMoore Stephens has brought together its audit teams across the Channel Islands under the leadership of Managing Director Phillip Callow (pictured), in his extended role as Head of Channel Islands Audit and Assurance.

Phillip, a fellow of the ICAEW, has more than 20 years’ experience within the financial services industry, specialising in audit (including funds in regular and alternative asset classes), assurance, consultancy, governance and outsourcing.

Moore Stephens Guernsey and Moore Stephens Jersey offer a full audit service in each island, but the firm says bringing the teams together will enable them to work together, share resources and ensure greater efficiency.

Phillip is supported in his new role by Jeff Vincent, who becomes Audit Principal in Guernsey, and Debie Mingi, who continues as Audit Manager in Jersey. Both will manage and develop the business’ client base whilst overseeing their local audit teams.

Jeff joined Moore Stephens in 1999 and has more than 20 years of audit experience, with a focus on investment funds, fund managers, insurance companies and fiduciaries.

Debie joined the firm in Jersey in 2018 from a previous audit role in Dubai, and has considerable experience in financial audits and consolidations for group companies.
