Jersey-based business change specialist Marbral Advisory has appointed Dawn Rutherford as Principal Change Architect.
An experienced project management professional, Dawn worked for the Cooperative Banking Group for more than 20 years in the UK, mainly within HR and business change, supporting the organisation with its transformation programmes.
Since leaving the Cooperative in 2013, Dawn has owned her own company, Sunrise Project Services, providing change and project management support, employee engagement, organisation design and HR transformation support across the British Isles.
