The Partners of LWR Law, Marian Whittaker and Angela Roscouet, have joined Voisin Law.
Both are experienced Advocates. Having qualified at Voisin, Marian rejoins the firm as a consultant. She was called to the Jersey Bar in 1977 and is widely known for her family law expertise, and as a private client practitioner specialising in estate planning and capacity-related matters.
Angela qualified more than 30 years ago and focuses on non-contentious private client work, particularly estate planning and property transactions. Her private client and commercial work includes leases, acting for the tenant and the landlord, the acquisition of businesses, licensing matters, personal injury work, family work and general litigation.
LWR Law is the successor firm of the merged practices of Lempriere Whittaker Renouf (formed from the practices of Advocates Raoul Lempriere and Richard Renouf) and Jenners. The LWR business closed at the end of June.
