Female empowerment group Lean In Jersey is to host a 'Talk Like TED' event that will focus on female empowerment. It will be held on 23 October at the Royal Yacht hotel.
The event, starting at 5.30pm, will feature Susie Ashfield, coach and voiceover artist for the BBC, Sky, ITV and Sony. She will focus on how to engage, influence and have an impact on an audience, based on the popular TED Talks online platform for videos from expert speakers on education, business, science, tech and creativity.
This event is open to men and women and is free to attend.
