JTC Fund Services has provided administration and corporate services in the initial public offering of the Impact Healthcare Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) on the specialist fund segment of the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
Impact Healthcare REIT raised an initial £160 million following its listing on the LSE and has already agreed to acquire and subsequently lease 58 residential care homes across the UK.
The company cited significant investment opportunities in the UK against a backdrop of increasing demand for residential healthcare and a fragmented market.
Jersey-based JTC’s London team was involved in the transaction, led by Director Will Cameron and Associate Director Simon Gordon.
