JTC has appointed Ronan Reilly (pictured right) as Managing Director and Imran Khan (pictured below) as Director of the company’s new Dublin office.
The appointments follow JTC’s recent acquisition of corporate services business Cornerstone in Dublin, which extends the company’s offering to global corporates, aviation and multi-asset managers.
Ronan brings to the firm broad experience in capital markets, aircraft, hedge funds, corporate taxation and structuring.
Before joining JTC, he was Managing Director at professional services provider Law Debenture in Dublin, and prior to this he held top-level roles at Walkers, TMF Group and Deutsche Bank, also in Ireland.
Imran's background is in investment fund administration and corporate services, with a focus on real estate, private equity, hedge and venture capital funds.
Over the past 10 years, he has led operations and business development teams across Ireland, Luxembourg, the Channel Islands, France, Singapore and Malaysia.
His most recent role was as Global Head of Operations for Private Capital Services at RBC and prior to that APAC Regional Director at Vistra Group.
