The Jersey Financial Services Commission is holding its first live webinar on Thursday 30 April, at which Director General Martin Moloney (pictured) will discuss the challenges facing Jersey’s financial services industry and the JFSC due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
During the session, which will be held between 2pm and 3pm, Martin will share his views on the impact on the island’s economy, as well as the global picture. He will provide an update on the JFSC’s response to the outbreak, including the flexibility being offered to the regulated community at this time.
The session will cover how the commission is continuing to deliver business as usual in the current situation, and will give an update on progress with the four-year strategic roadmap and 2020 business plan. Attendees will also hear about upcoming regulatory developments.
Mike Jones, Director of Policy and Risk, will facilitate the session.
