Outsourced services provider Ipes has annouced two appointments – Sumindra Bains-Cleary as Head of Commercial Finance, based in London, and David Bateman as a Manager in Guernsey.
Sumindra joins the firm having spent five years with business process and technology services provider Xchanging, latterly as Corporate Development and Corporate Strategy Manager.
Prior to that, she worked in KPMG’s corporate finance department, specialising in cross-border acquisitions and disposals.
Reporting to the CFO in her new role, Sumindra will be responsible for providing management information and business intelligence across the Ipes Group.
David Bateman joins Ipes Guernsey as a Manager overseeing a team responsible for a number of private equity funds. A chartered accountant, David is an experienced fund administrator, most recently as Head of Operations in Singapore and the British Virgin Islands for Conifer Financial Services.
He has also led teams in Ireland and the Cayman Islands at UBS.
