Outsourced services provider Ipes has announced the appointment of John Bishop as a Client Director in the Guernsey Office.
John will act as Director and alternate Director on a number of general partner and special purpose vehicle boards focusing on private equity, venture capital and fund of funds.
Prior to joining Ipes, John worked at Sanne Group as a Director responsible for providing corporate governance, regulatory compliance and fund administration services for a range of private debt and capital market clients. Before that, he worked for State Street.
John has been employed in the Guernsey offshore fund administration industry since 1996 and is a qualified chartered accountant.
