Ipes, the provider of outsourced services to private equity in Europe, has appointed Adrian Gardner as Chief Financial Officer.
Adrian, a chartered accountant, is an experienced CFO with a broad range of experience. Until recently, he was CFO of FTSE 250 financial services firm International Personal Finance.
He began his career at Price Waterhouse (now PwC), going on to spent 13 years at Lazard, latterly as a Managing Director in the TMT team. He then served as CFO at ProStrakan, PA Consulting and RSM Tenon.
