The current Covid-19 pandemic poses enormous challenges for the boards of all business sectors in Guernsey. In some cases, boards may feel overwhelmed by the speed of events. They may think of themselves helpless bystanders who watch on as company management seeks to deal with the myriad of challenges the situation is presenting.
This webinar will examine the role of directors and the expectations of a board during these extraordinary times.
