The Institute of Directors' Jersey Director of the Year Awards, launched by the Jersey branch of the IoD this week, will feature a new range of categories.
Nominations are now open for the 2018 awards, which aim to identify the island's top leaders across the private, public and voluntary sectors.
The deadline for entries is Friday 16 February, and the six new categories this year include:
• Director of the Year - Innovation
• Director of the Year - Public/Third Sector
• Director of the Year - Non-Exec
• Director of the Year - New/Start-Up
• Director of the Year - Corporate Social Responsibility
• Chairman's Award for Excellence in Leadership
Chris Clark, IoD Jersey Chairman, said: "After eight years, we decided to evolve our awards this year to better reflect excellent leadership, reward innovation and celebrate the relationship between business and the local community."
