Investor onboarding platform The ID Register, part of Ipes, has signed a strategic alliance with professional services provider KPMG Channel Islands.
Chris Merry, Chief Executive of Ipes, commented: “This alliance provides us the opportunity to jointly promote The ID Register whilst also opening up new markets for this online platform.”
KPMG said the partnership would allow it to provide a complete solution for investors in private funds, including with fund subscription, FATCA/CRS and KYC.

We see the alliance with The ID Register as fitting that requirement for our clients faced with increasing regulatory requirements and the demands of automatic reporting for tax purposes.”
