The Hatstone Group has opened an office in the British Virgin Islands to add to its five other bases in Jersey, Panama, London, Malta and South Africa.
The BVI office will advise on the full spectrum of non-contentious offshore advisory work with a focus on corporate, investment funds and private client advice.
In addition to BVI legal services, Hatstone’s affiliate companies, Folio Corporate Services and Folio Administrators, offer a suite of BVI corporate and fund administration services to its clients in the BVI.
Group Partner Carl O’Shea said: "Establishing Hatstone Lawyers BVI was always part of the plan when merging with the Folio Group. The law firm will sit alongside the BVI corporate services offering headed by Calum McKenzie and the fund administration services led up by Daniel Cann."
