Accounting group Grant Thornton has appointed Hugh McGoldrick as a Manager in its Guernsey office.
Hugh is a Chartered Accountant and began his career in Northern Ireland in 2013, before moving to the British Virgin Islands in 2016. He is a member of INSOL International and a member of ARIES.
Hugh’s experience includes, solvent and insolvent liquidations, receiverships, company voluntary arrangements and administrations, along with complex cross-border fraud investigations.
He joins the firm from BVI-based consultancy Kalo, before which he worked with Belfast-based corporate finance house HNH Group.
His experience extends across multiple jurisdictions, including Guernsey, Jersey, UK, Ireland, US, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands.
