Garenne Construction Group has added three Directors to its main board.
Simon Silbernagl, Managing Director of Garenne’s Jersey-based building contractor Camerons, has worked within the group for five years. Prior to joining Camerons, he was with construction firms Mace, JR Knowles and Hill International.
Tom Whitmore, Managing Director of Geomarine Guernsey – a civil engineering, geotechnical and marine works contractor in the UK and Channel Islands – has spent nearly 10 years with the Garenne group. Prior to joining Geomarine, he gained experience on various civil engineering projects in consultancy and contracting roles, primarily in the marine, civil and power sectors.
Finally, Chris Bell, Managing Director of Sterling Services (Garenne’s UK-based architectural precast concrete specialist) and Garenne Natural Stone (UK), joined the group in 2013, bringing with him experience in construction site engineering, management and civil engineering in the UK and Middle East.
Their new board responsibilities will be in addition to their ongoing management roles within the group.
