First Names Group has appointed Stuart Pinnington as Group Managing Director Corporate Services.
A corporate funds lawyer, Stuart joins First Names from JTC, where he has served as Group Head of Corporate Services for the past four years.
His career began with LG in the UK, and has included periods with Ogier, Mourant Ozannes and TMF Group, where he was Managing Director for five years.
In his new role, Stuart will work with the wider leadership team and on the group's management committee. He will be based in Jersey and will report to CEO Mark Pesco.
