Ferbrache & Farrell makes promotion

Adam ColeFerbrache & Farrell has promoted Adam Cole to the partnership.

Adam's practice encompasses all aspects of commercial litigation, including contentious insolvency and contentious trust issues. He has served as Advocate and Counsel within the firm for the past two years.

Adam joined the firm a month after its inception in November 2016. Having trained and qualified as a solicitor (currently non-practising) in England and Wales in 2008, he began his career with CMS Cameron McKenna in London and spent time on secondment to a global insurance underwriter and the firm’s Prague office. 

Adam qualified into CMS’ insurance and reinsurance litigation department, then moved to Guernsey in 2009 and gained experience with Mourant Ozannes and Appleby before joining Ferbrache & Farrell.

He was sworn as an Advocate of the Royal Court in 2014 and is a member of the Association of Restructuring and Insolvency Experts. He also completed the STEP Advanced Certificate in International Trusts Disputes.
