The Employee Share Ownership (Esop) Centre and STEP Jersey are to hold their annual share schemes and trustees seminar on 2 May.
The event will include talks from:
• David Pett, specialist employee share ownership barrister – update on the spat between UK and EU which has left EMI options in limbo
• Colin Powell, International Affairs Adviser, Chief Minister's Department
• Rosemary Marr, Vice President, STEP – Jersey's changing relationship with the UK and the EU
• Malcolm Hurlston, Esop Centre – new understandings with HMRC on share valuation
The half-day seminar will be held from 9am to 1.15pm at the Pomme d’Or hotel, Jersey.
