EFG Fund Services, a division of EFG Wealth Solutions with offices in Jersey and Guernsey, has been appointed full-service provider to technology investment firm Index Ventures’ two latest funds.
Index Ventures X, a Jersey Expert Fund, closed at a hard cap of $800m in commitments and will continue Index Ventures’ seed and venture investment in technology start-ups.
Index Ventures Growth V, also a Jersey Expert Fund, closed at a hard cap of $1.2bn in commitments to continue Index Ventures’ investment in growth phase technology companies.
These are the 12th and 13th funds to which Index has appointed EFG Fund Services, which worked with Index Ventures and Ogier to ensure the closing of the funds despite the coronavirus pandemic.
