Investment funds and corporate lawyer Dilmun Leach has joined Walkers' Jersey team as a Group Partner.
Dilmun joins the firm after three years as a Partner with Collas Crill. Prior to this, he spent five years with Ogier in Jersey, following five with Herbert Smith Freehills in London.
Dilmun advises clients in London, the US and the Channel Islands on the establishment and restructuring of investment funds, and complex corporate, private equity and capital markets transactions, as well as on complex financial services regulatory issues.
