D2 Real Estate has been awarded the mandate to manage the property portfolio of the Channel Island Property Fund.
It means D2 Real Estate now has over £400 million worth of commercial property under management throughout the Guernsey, Jersey and the Isle of Man.
The Channel Island Property Fund is the largest owner of prime commercial real estate in the Channel Islands. At the end of 2017, its portfolio was valued at more than £245 million.
The fund specialises is buying prime office investments in Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Mann let on long leases to strong covenants. The fund is lowly geared and has attracted institutional and private investors, many of whom are based in the Channel Islands.
