BabbÉ Guernsey Advocates has appointed Mark Finlayson as an Associate in its corporate department.
Mark joins the firm from South Africa, where he was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in 2007.
He has worked in private practice for several Johannesburg firms and as in-house Counsel, where he dealt with corporate and commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
He will now specialise in debt finance, investment funds and mergers and acquisitions at BabbÉ.
