Collas Crill has appointed two new Associates to its Jersey Property team – Alison Le Breton (pictured right) and Alexandra Bassford.
Alison is a solicitor of England and Wales, experienced in Jersey property law and conveyancing. She specialises in residential conveyancing, freehold/flying freehold purchases and sales, equity agreements, mortgages and refinancing.
Her role includes drafting contracts/agreements, title researches and boundary checks, site visits, advising on and witnessing loan security documents, meeting and advising clients and attending court.
Before joining Collas Crill, Alison spent four years as an Assistant Legal Adviser in the Law Officers' Department at the States of Jersey, where she assisted with work related to the Independent Jersey Care Inquiry, and the prosecution and sentencing of Royal Court cases.
Alexandra is also experienced in all areas of Jersey property law, including commercial and residential purchases, sales and leases, share transfer purchases, equity agreements, mortgages and financing.
She joins from Bois Bois Lawyers, prior to which she spent almost six years with Le Gallais & Luce in a variety of roles.
