Guernsey-based accountancy and audit firm Cleland & Co has promoted Vicki Webster to Managing Director, with founder Harry Dick-Cleland moving to the position of Chairman.
Vicki has worked with the company since 2017 as a Director. She joined from PwC, where she spent seven years in roles across New York, Guernsey and London.
Harry – who is Vicki's father – is not retiring but will continue to operate in an advisory capacity with a focus on client engagement.
