Guernsey corporate services provider Carey Group has appointed two members to the boards for Carey Commercial and Carey Trustees.
They include funds specialist Mark Vidamour, who was recently promoted from Client Director to Head of Fund Services within the organisation, and Sandra Lawrence, who joined Carey Group Guernsey as Head of Risk and Compliance last year.
They bring the number of board members of Carey Commercial and Carey Trustees to five each.
A further senior promotion within the business includes Associate Client Director Jane de Jersey, who specialises in providing corporate services to real estate and listed clients.
