C5 Alliance has announced the promotion of three senior staff in Guernsey.
Simon Tidd, who was Head of Project Delivery, is now Head of Professional Services in Guernsey. Jon Le Noury has been promoted from Senior Consultant and Business Analyst in the project delivery team to Head of Project Delivery. Phil Solway has risen from Consultant to Senior Consultant.
Simon’s new position focuses on the management of the professional services team in Guernsey and developing the company’s management approach.
An ex-army officer, Simon later joined London-based change and transformation company Curzon. Before joining C5 in 2014, he spent time in project management roles within Warwickshire County Council.
Jon has 10 years’ experience in the technology sector. In his new role at C5, he will oversee a team of business analysts working alongside project managers to identify technical solutions for business clients.
Phil, who joined the business in 2016, is the technical lead for C5 Alliance’s Professional Services Team. His role has been created to focus on the professional development of technical team members and help determine the right resources for projects.
