Investment manager Brooks Macdonald has formed a strategic partnership with SS&C Technologies, a provider of software and technology to the financial services sector.
According to Brooks Macdonald, the collaboration will support the firm’s intermediaries and clients with a range of tools, including automated onboarding, full adviser and client portal functionality, bespoke reporting, as well as improved processing of applications and client and adviser requests.
Several Brooks Macdonald operations staff will transfer to SS&C’s operations team while remaining part of Brooks Macdonald. There are no planned redundancies, and both firms will work together to ensure a smooth transition for those involved.
