As Guernsey’s lockdown eases, organisations are considering if, when and how they will bring staff back into the office. Some companies are pivoting towards new opportunities or streamlining their offering to focus on profitable services.
Successfully meeting these objectives highlights the need for effective internal communications plans.

"The last five weeks have placed a spotlight on the importance of good communication strategies, and the need for open dialogue will continue into the next phase of business recovery.
"Business leaders may need to ask staff to refocus or change direction and it is critical to ensure that everyone understands the mission and their role in meeting those objectives."
