BL Global is set to launch a new title which will focus on the link between the Channel Islands and the City of London.
The magazine will be published at the end of May 2018, and 80 per cent of the print run will be distributed to financial institutions and locations in the City.
The new publication – which will be put together by the team behind BL magazine – will focus on a wide range of financial subjects, including funds, trusts, banking, capital markets and wealth management.
It will highlight the ways in which Guernsey and Jersey already work with the City and how this may develop in the future, not least because of Brexit.
Nick Kirby, Editor-in-Chief of BL magazine, commented: “As the UK tries to negotiate its way out of the EU, now seems exactly the right time to examine how the Channel Islands work with the City and how this may change in the years to come.
“We already distribute BL in select locations in the City, and we’ll be taking advantage of this network to distribute this new magazine.”
The new title is expected to be a yearly publication, but as Carl Methven, CEO of BL Global, explains: “If we find that there is a real appetite for this new magazine, we’ll consider publishing on a more regular basis.”
