Bedell Cristin has promoted Rob Pullman (pictured) to Partner in Guernsey – one of several senior promotions across the firm in the Channel Islands.
Rob, who joined the firm in 2022 after 19 years with Babbe, has more than 20 years’ experience practising law on the island, both in general and commercial litigation. He has served as Counsel in Bedell Cristin's Guernsey litigation team.
Rob is a specialist in debt recovery work and has extensive experience in judgment enforcements. He qualified as a solicitor in 1996 and was admitted as an Advocate in Guernsey in 2002.
Also in the Guernsey office, Tendai Gakanje (pictured) has been promoted to Senior Associate in the financial services law team.
Tendai joined Bedell Cristin in 2020, having worked as a lawyer in Zimbabwe, where she qualified as a solicitor.
She has a wide range of experience dealing with insurance and reinsurance matters, as well as corporate and commercial issues. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, corporate advisory work and cross-border transactions.
There were also two promotions in the Jersey office. Adam Currie, who has been acting as Chief Operations Officer, and Phil Le Brun, who has been acting as Head of ICT, have both been made permanent in their roles.
