Bedell Cristin has appointed Catherine Cadman to the newly created position of Head of Knowledge.
In her new role, leading Bedell Cristin's knowledge strategy, Catherine will be based in Jersey but will oversee the firm's global presence across six jurisdictions.
With more than 20 years’ leadership experience in knowledge management roles at onshore and offshore law firms, Catherine is tasked with maximising how knowledge is captured, shared and applied across Bedell Cristin.
She joins the firm from Mourant, where she has been Global Head of Knowledge for the past three years. Her career also includes 19 and a half years with UK legal services specialist Irwin Mitchell, and with Norton Rose Group in London.
