Bedell Cristin advises on RBSI financing

KateOvendenBedell Cristin has again acted as lead counsel to Royal Bank of Scotland International in connection with finance made available to the Channel Islands Property Fund to acquire commercial premises at Valley House, St Peter Port.
 
The Bedell Cristin team was led by Guernsey Managing Partner Kate Ovenden (pictured), assisted by Counsel Ann Halliday and Legal Assistant Jennifer Mills; as well as Jersey-based Global Managing Partner Tim Pearce, assisted by Senior Associate Antony Clerehugh and Legal Assistant Donna Watts.
