Fund and corporate services provider the Aztec Group has appointed Joel Kavyu to the role of Associate Director within its private equity team.
Based in Jersey, Joel will lead a relationship team and oversee the delivery of fund accounting, financial reporting, investor services and a range of other administration activities to a significant private equity client.
Joel joins the group from alternatives asset manager Autonomy Capital, where he served as Group Financial Controller for seven years.
Prior to this, he held senior positions at HSBC in the Channel Islands and within the audit team of BDO in Guernsey. He started his career in East Africa with accountancy and advisory firm PKF.
