The Aztec Group has announced several recent senior promotions across its Channel Islands offices.
In Jersey, Reshentha Beeby (pictured), who has been with the group since 2014, becomes Private Equity Director. She will continue to manage relationships with key clients and support the development of Aztec's private equity offering and client base in the European mid-market sector.
Also promoted to Private Equity Director is Karen McSorley, who joined Aztec in 2014 too. She will lead an 80-strong team based in Jersey, managing the administration requirements of a large European fund manager.
In the Jersey Private Debt team, Richard Phillips has been promoted to Director. Since joining the Group in 2016, he has helped develop its private debt operating platform and team.
In his new role, Richard will shape the group’s private debt strategy and oversee client relationship management across the private debt client base on the island.
Meanwhile, in Guernsey, Matt Chick (pictured) has been promoted to Private Equity Director, having served as Associate Director at Aztec for almost eight years.
He will take responsibility for core private equity operations, as well as relationship management and client development activities in Guernsey.
Finally, in the Guernsey Real Assets team, Cassie Gibbons has been promoted to Associate Director. Since joining the group in 2010, Cassie has worked in the group's UK and Guernsey offices within the Private Equity and Real Assets teams.
