Fund and corporate services provider the Aztec Group has made several senior changes to its Private Equity leadership team.
Matt Horton has been appointed Group Head of Private Equity; Gavin Hayman has been named Jurisdictional Head of Private Equity in Guernsey; and Alan Ross, formerly Group Head of Private Equity, has taken on the new position of Group Head of Transformation.
With the Aztec Group since 2010 and Head of Private Equity in Guernsey since 2016, Matt has played a key role in the growth of the group’s private equity service offering.
In his new role, he will oversee all private equity-based relationship management, operations and business development activities across the group.
Gavin has assumed Matt’s former position as Jurisdictional Head of Private Equity in Guernsey. Having joined the group as a Director in 2017, he will now take on full responsibility for its private equity services and operations in Guernsey.
Alan has transitioned from his longstanding role of Group Head of Private Equity to the new role of Group Head of Transformation. He joined the firm in Jersey in 2006, and has been instrumental in the development of the business’ private equity service offering and the growth of the wider group.
In his new role, Alan will be responsible for identifying and implementing automated processes and integrating platforms.
