Chartered surveyor and commercial real estate specialist Lucy Lilley has joined Asset Leverage Consultants (ALC) in a consultancy role.
Lucy will consult on the large transactions the business is now servicing, particularly in real estate.
Her background spans offshore real estate structures, asset management, portfolio management and fund management.
In addition to senior roles at Land Securities Group and Schroders, Lucy also has seven years’ experience managing offshore real estate structures (funds, limited partnerships, general partnerships, Jersey companies and SPVs) at Director level.
She has served as a Director at LGL Trustees, as well as a Non-Executive Director at LCL Real Estate, both in Jersey.
