Jersey-based fund and corporate services provider Alter Domus has named Antonis Anastasiou as Managing Director and Conducting Officer of its new Luxembourg business, Alter Domus Management Company, which was formed after the acquisition of Luxembourg Fund Partners in December.
Antonis will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of the operation. He brings more than 10 years of experience to the post, having held operational and portfolio management positions focusing on alternative asset classes as well as listed investments, most recently with Lemanik Asset Management.
He has also been instrumental in the set-up of three super mancos in Luxembourg.
As a result of the acquisition, Alter Domus is now able to offer third-party Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) services.
It can provide solutions for international fund managers seeking UCITS or AIFM services in an open architecture operating model.
Services include portfolio management, risk management, oversight functions and marketing support for EU registration and distribution, as well as regulatory reporting services in compliance with the UCITS and AIFMD regulations.
