[KR13000] - Talent & Development Manager - Kendrick Rose
Our client is looking for someone who has an interest in supporting individuals to flourish, and in helping managers gain confidence in coaching their teams and leading positive career development conversations for the benefit of the individual and the firm as a whole.
The ideal candidate is someone who has previous talent management and/or learning & development experience and is familiar with the pace and considerations of working in a professional services (ideally, legal) organisation.
You'll need to be credible with senior management and adept at managing a range of stakeholders, not least the ambitious legal teams who are hungry for development and progression. Our clients 'always learning' culture means that development is high on the agenda and you are likely to spend more time reviewing and prioritising training needs than you are convincing people to make time for professional development. You will also work closely with HR colleagues in different jurisdictions to ensure that a two-way feedback loop exists to introduce and refine the broad range of development offerings.
