Zedra has announced it is launching a pensions-focused offering, Pensions & Incentives.
The launch follows several recent acquisitions in the UK pension services space, including Inside Pensions and PTL in 2021 and more recently Caledonian Trustees.
As the new offering goes live, PTL has adopted the Zedra brand and been renamed Zedra Governance.
Zedra Pensions & Incentives Services aims to meet the needs of pension schemes that face increasing regulatory and compliance challenges.
It will operate from six offices – London, Reading, Leeds, Birmingham, St Albans and Guernsey – and is made up of about 80 specialists.
The firm plans to expand the team through acquisitions in the near future in the UK and Europe.
