Guernsey-based financial services provider and pensions specialist UAP Group has appointed Jane Duchemin to its board as a Non-Executive Director.
Jane has more than 35 years' experience in the finance industry, holding senior positions with banking institutions and independent trust companies at board level in Guernsey, Malta and the UK.
These have included Praxis Pensions and Benefits, Overseas Trust and Pensions and most recently the Pensioner Trustee Company (Guernsey).
She also served as Managing Director of Carey Pensions and Benefits for 10 years.
For the past 20 years, Jane has helped develop and administrate a range of employee benefits solutions, including onshore and international pension schemes for corporate clients and individuals.
The appointment follows UAP's recent acquisition of Concept, which saw the business become one of the largest pension providers in Guernsey.
Jane joins fellow UAP Non-Executive Directors Roger Berry and Lyndon Trott.
