The International Stock Exchange (TISE) has admitted Cains Listing Services Limited (CLSL), part of the Cains Group, as its latest Isle of Man-based Listing Member.
CISL, which is licensed by the Financial Services Authority in the Isle of Man, has been approved to act as an agent and sponsor to facilitate the listing of bonds and equities on TISE.
Member firms of the Cains Group have been operating in the Isle of Man for more than 100 years and include law firm Cains Advocates and corporate services provider Cains Corporate Services.
CLSL is the fourth Isle of Man firm to become a Listing Member of the exchange. There are now a total of 37 Listing and Trading Members of TISE from across the Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey, and Ireland.
