Suntera Global has recruited James Harries as its Head of Mergers and Acquisitions.
Based in London, James will be responsible for driving Suntera’s M&A activity, identifying potential acquisition targets and ensuring transactions are completed smoothly and efficiently.
Before joining Suntera, James worked at private equity-backed payments and software business Planet in its corporate development function, where he worked across M&A and post-merger integration.
Prior to this, James spent seven years in investment banking in London with companies including Equiteq and Ciesco.
James’ appointment comes after a busy period of acquisitions for Suntera Global. Last year the firm acquired Guernsey-based Carey Commercial; the previous year it acquired Socium Fund Services in the US and Nedgroup Trust in Guernsey and Jersey.
