Suntera Global has appointed Andy Pryke as Global Head of Compliance, based in Jersey.
Andy will take responsibility for delivering Suntera's compliance risk management framework across the group’s seven offices.
In addition, he will oversee policies around regulatory issues and financial crime risks, and maintaining a strong compliance culture across the group.
A financial services professional with almost two decades of experience in the international offshore and regulatory space, Andy joins Suntera Global from TMF Group, where he has served as Director, Risk and Compliance, since January 2020.
Prior to this, he spent more than four years with Ipes (now part of Apex Group). He has also spent time leading the Jersey compliance team at Stonehage Fleming, as well as periods with Ogier and almost six years with the Jersey Financial Services Commission.
Andy has a broad knowledge of the international private wealth, corporate, alternative fund and asset management landscape, particularly private equity, venture capital, real estate and hedge funds.
